PARISH ADMINISTRATOR, CHURCH OF THE EPIPHANY Developed and produced parish communications including weekly bulletin, monthly newsletter, Web site and email messaging programs. Managed administration and bookkeeping.
1999 to 2005
SR. DIRECTOR OF CREATIVE SERVICES, LEAPFROG, INC. Directed the design and development of over 2000 packaging, collateral, POP display and tradeshow projects. Established a team of over 30 highly skilled professionals in design, production, copy editing, photography and illustration. Supervised and sourced vendor relationships. Initiated an end-to-end electronic workflow (concept to printing) to streamline, increase quality and lower cost of overall process.

DIRECTOR OF CREATIVE SERVICES, YES! ENTERTAINMENT Directed the design and development of all packaging, web site, collateral materials and ID support. Supervised both in-house staff and contract design groups.
